Welcome to my website! I’m Sharleen Spangler, and I create handmade ceramics with care and attention to detail. By using this website or purchasing from my shop, you’re agreeing to these terms and conditions.

Products and Handmade Nature

Each piece I make is unique, so slight variations in size, colour, or texture are normal. I try my best to show accurate photos of each item, but colours may look a little different on your screen.

Prices and Payments

All prices are in GBP (£) and include VAT (if applicable). Payments are processed securely using credit/debit cards, PayPal and Apple Pay. Prices may change over time, but you’ll always pay the amount listed when you place your order.

Placing an Order

Once you’ve placed an order, I’ll send you a confirmation email. If there’s an issue with your order (e.g., an item is out of stock), I’ll contact you as soon as possible.

Shipping

I aim to get your orders to you as quickly as possible. Delivery times and costs are shown at checkout. Please note that delivery times are estimates, as I rely on third-party couriers. However domestic orders are typically delivered within 7 business days, while international orders may take up to 15 business days. Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive tracking information (if applicable).

For international shipments, please be aware that customs or tax charges may apply. You may need to pay these fees when collecting your parcel.

If your parcel is lost or damaged, please get in touch with me, and I will do my best to help.

Returns and Refunds

Returns are accepted only if I mistakenly ship the wrong items. This is a rare occurrence, but I will do my best to ensure you’re happy with a replacement or refund.

If an order is refused upon delivery or not collected from the local post office or pickup point, a refund will be issued for the total value of the goods, minus a 10% handling fee, once the items are returned in good condition. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable under any circumstances.

Damaged or Faulty Items

I take great care when packing your ceramics, but if something arrives damaged, please contact me within 7 days with photos, and I’ll make it right.

All photos, designs, and text on this website are mine (unless stated otherwise). Please don’t use or share them without my permission.

Privacy

Your privacy matters to me. I only use your personal information to process your order and provide a great shopping experience. For more details, check out my Privacy Policy.

Liability

I make my ceramics with love, but I can’t accept responsibility for any indirect or unforeseen issues that arise from using them. My maximum liability is the cost of your purchase.

Governing Law

These terms are based on UK laws and will be handled by UK courts if there’s ever a dispute.

Sometimes I might need to update these terms. If I do, the changes will appear here on my website.
